Getting to Khanom

By car
From Bangkok follow Highway no.35 (Thonburi - Parktor), then take Highway No.4 into Petchburi Province. This highway will take you south until the Chumporn Province. It then changes to Highway No.41 passed Tungsong district, Ronpiboon district until you hit Nakhon Sri Thammarat. Khanom district is about 100 kilometers to the east from Nakhon Sri Thammarat.

By Bus
The Transportation Co.,Ltd. has lots of air-conditioned busses and open air busses, that make the run down to Khanom on a daily basis. The busses leave from the Southern Bus Terminal located on Borromratchonnee Rd. or contact to 02-435-1200, 02-434-7192, for more information.

By Train
You can take the Southern Express train, Bangkok - Surat Thanni. The total distance from Bangkok to Surat Thanni is about 832 kilometers, and takes roughly 10-12 hours. By Air
Although Khanom itself does not have an airport, you can still fly down to the area. Flights from Bangkok to either Surat Thanni, Nakon Sri Thammerat, and Koh Samui are available with more than one flight daily.
